Our History

Heli Manufacturing Services (PTY) LTD is a B-BBEE LEVEL 2 ,51% black owned company in South Africa.

Heli Manufacturing Services (PTY) LTD commenced business in June 1964 as Heli Engineering a fabrication and general engineering shop.

Through the years Heli entered into the machine tool trade industry by signing a manufacturing agreement with Pearson Machine Tools to manufacture their range of hydraulic press brakes and guillotines under license in South Africa. This was followed by a similar manufacturing agreement with Verrina of Italy.

In 2017 Heli Engineering went into partnership with a fabrication and machining company and Heli Manufacturing Services was born. We specialize in Heavy and Medium Steel fabrication and Machining.
